About Worry-Free Delivery Service

1. Is Seel Worry-Free Delivery Necessary?

Seel Worry-Free Delivery is an optional extra that helps protect your order in case it gets lost, stolen, or damaged during shipping. You're welcome to add it to your cart at checkout if you decide you need it.

 

Important Purchase Rules

  •  Must be purchased at checkout; cannot be added after shipment.
  • Effective at the time of shipment, premiums are non-refundable after the effective date.
  •  Cancellation only before shipment; contact customer service to cancel.

 

2. Can I Cancel My Worry-Free Purchase Protection

If It Was Added by Mistake?

 

Yes, if Worry-Free Purchase protection was inadvertently included in your order, you may request a cancellation within a limited time window.

 

Upon completing your purchase, a confirmation email from Seel regarding your Worry-Free Purchase protection will be sent to the email address associated with your order. You have 24 hours from the receipt of this email to cancel the protection by clicking the cancellation link provided in the message.

 

3. What Does Seel Worry-Free Delivery Cover?

Damaged Items: Items damaged to the point of being unusable — fractured, shattered, bent, or crushed — are covered up to the full item value paid. Note that cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents is not covered, and compensation may vary based on the severity of the damage.

 

Lost Packages: A package is considered lost if it hasn't been delivered within 30 days of order fulfillment for domestic orders, or 60 days for international orders. Lost packages are compensated for the full item value paid.

 

Delayed Packages: A package is considered delayed if it hasn't arrived within 10 days of order fulfillment for domestic orders, or 30 days for international orders. Compensation for delays is $5 USD (or the equivalent in your transaction currency.

 

Porch Piracy / Theft: If your tracking shows "delivered" but you didn't receive your package, this is treated as a porch piracy / theft case. Additional documentation may be required to verify your issue.

 


 

How to Report an Issue

You can effortlessly make your return via the Seel Resolution Center. Make sure to have the email address you created the order with and the order number. 

 

Issues must be reported within the following windows:

Loss (package not delivered per carrier)

Within 90 days of order date

Damage or theft (package marked "delivered")

Within 7 days of the "delivered" status update

All other issues

What's Not Covered

  • Intentional acts, fraud, or criminal acts by delivery staff or users.
  • Refusal or failure to sign for a delivery.
  • Issues based on false or fabricated tracking information.
  • Delays or losses caused by war, armed conflict, strikes, riots, terrorism, labor disputes, pandemics, epidemics, quarantines, government actions, embargoes, sanctions, or transportation network disruptions.
  • Delays or losses caused by natural disasters (earthquakes, floods, typhoons, etc.).

 

4. When Will I Receive My Seel Worry-Free Delivery Payout?

Once your claim has been reviewed and approved, you'll be prompted to select your preferred payout method. Estimated processing times for each method are as follows:

Bank Transfer: Funds will typically arrive within 1–3 business days after claim approval.

PayPal: Funds are usually transferred within 24-48 hours after approval.
