Shipping policy

At Anta, we understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly. Our Shipping Policy is designed to provide clarity on our processing times, shipping options, and shipping rates:

 

Order Processing Time

We typically process your orders within 1-2 business days. In the event of high order volumes, there might be a slight delay, but don't worry – we're on it. Please allow a few extra days in transit for delivery. Should there be any significant delays, we'll keep you informed with updates via email.

 

Pro Tip

Orders placed after 3 PM PT will be processed on the next business day.

 

Shipping Options & Rates

Currently, we're only shipping to US addresses. Here are the shipping options we offer:

 

  • VIP Exclusive Standard Delivery to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.:
    • $8 for orders under $70 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
    • Free delivery for orders over $70 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

 

  • Standard Delivery to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.:
    • $8 for orders under $139 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)
    • Free delivery for orders over $139 (excludes Alaska and Hawaii)

 

  • Express Shipping to all 50 states and Washington, D.C.:
    • $15.00 for all orders

 

  • Flash Shipping to the lower 48 states and Washington, D.C.:
    • $25.00 for all orders (excludes Alaska and Hawaii) 

 

  • Shipping Region:

You'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order ships, complete with your tracking number. The tracking information will be active within 24 hours.

 

Use of Freight Forwarding or Package Forwarding Services

Some customers choose to use a third-party freight forwarding or package forwarding service to send their orders outside of the US. If you elect to use a freight forwarding or package forwarding service, the forwarding service will be deemed your agent for purposes of receiving the order. Once an order is delivered by us or our carrier to the forwarding service at the shipping address you provided, the order will be considered successfully delivered and our shipping and delivery obligations will be deemed fulfilled.

 

We are not responsible or liable for any loss, damage, delay, misdelivery, theft, or other issues that occur after the order has been delivered to the forwarding service, including during any subsequent transit, handling, storage, or customs processing arranged by the forwarding service or other third parties. We do not control and are not responsible for the acts or omissions of any freight forwarding or package forwarding service. If you choose to use such services, you do so at your own risk.

 

In addition, we may be unable to provide certain services for orders that are sent using a forwarding service, including but not limited to replacements, exchanges, warranty services, or returns.

 

Additional Information

യ We process and ship orders during normal business days, excluding Federal holidays. Keep in mind that during holidays and peak periods, orders might experience slightly longer processing and delivery times.

 

Unfortunately, we're unable to ship to PO Boxes, military or protected areas, APO/FPO addresses, and U.S. Territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, Micronesia, Marshall Islands, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, U.S. Virgin Islands, etc.).
